Lynx's Blessman earns 1st team all-conference

[May 26, 2010]  Lincoln College sophomore outfielder Nate Blessman landed a spot on the first team all-conference for the MWAC as well as the all-region team for Region 24.
 

Blessman played in 43 games this season for the Lynx with a .453 batting average, which was good enough to land him 37th overall in the country.

Blessman collected 15 doubles, five triples, four home runs, 11 stolen bases and 43 RBIs.

Blessman, the son of Mike and Terri Blessman, is a graduate of Canton High School and will suit up for University of Illinois-Springfield next season.
