Thelma Bahn

[October 30, 2010]  MOUNT PULASKI -- Thelma Louise Bahn, 90, of Lincoln, died Thursday, Oct. 28, 2010, at 10:25 p.m. at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield.

Visitation will be 1-3 p.m. Sunday at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Mount Pulaski. Her funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Rachel Stockle officiating.

Burial will be in Laenna Cemetery, Chestnut.

Mrs. Bahn was a homemaker.

She was born Sept. 2, 1920, in Chestnut. Her parents were Alpheus C. and Rosetta Baker Fletcher. She married Albert C. Bahn on April 16, 1942, in Bowling Green, Mo. He preceded her in death on Feb. 28, 1996.

She is survived by three daughters, Cherrilyn (and Lyle) Johnson of Lincoln, Rosanne (and Donald) Fulk of Lincoln and Pamela (and Larry) Baker of Mount Pulaski; three grandchildren, Natalie (and Scott) Marquez of Lincoln, Seth (and Marie) Baker of Mount Zion and Audra (and Dickie) Trump of Mount Pulaski; 11 great-grandchildren, Corinne and Liam Marquez, Cade, Owen, Julian, Vincent and Ruby Baker, and Trenton, Lydia, Brock and Wyatt Trump.

She was also preceded in death by an infant son, four brothers and three sisters.

Funeral Director

She was a member of the Chestnut First United Methodist Church, United Methodist Women and the Chestnut American Legion Auxiliary.

Memorials may be made to Chestnut United Methodist Church or the Humane Society of Logan County.
