Accident occurred on Woodlawn
Road at North Jefferson Street.

Henneberry, Kirk S., 50,
Decatur; 2000 Ford Econoline
Downs was traveling south on
Jefferson. He stopped at the
intersection with Woodlawn Road,
then proceeded onto that street.
He said he did not see
Henneberry coming from the east,
and pulled out in front of him.
Henneberry said he was
westbound on Woodlawn Road and
saw that Downs was coming into
his path. He attempted to swerve
his vehicle into the other lane
but was unable to before
striking Downs.
Downs was ticketed for
failure to yield the right of
way and for operating a vehicle
with no valid driver's license.
Nov. 17, 4 p.m.
Accident occurred at the
intersection of Lincoln Parkway
and Fifth Street.

Keefe, Elizabeth A., 62,
Lincoln; 2004 Hyundai Sonata
Keefe was northbound on
Lincoln Parkway in the outside
lane, approaching the
intersection with a green light
to pass through.
Hoagland was approaching from
the opposite direction,
preparing to make a left turn
onto Fifth. She said she
believed she had the green turn
arrow when she entered into the
intersection and was struck by
Keefe.
Witnesses to the accident in
vehicles behind Hoagland said
that the turn arrow was not
green.
Hoagland was ticketed for
failure to yield the right of
way, and Keefe was ticketed for
operating an uninsured vehicle.

Lincoln Police Department

Downs, William P.,
78, of the 600 block of Grand Avenue, was arrested Nov. 17 on
Woodlawn Road at North Jefferson on charge of no valid driver's
license.

Palladini, Jody R., 39, of the 1500
block of Tremont Street, was arrested Nov. 17 at her residence
on charge of leaving the scene of an accident.
Logan County Sheriff's Department

Duvall, Justin D.,
28, of the 900 block of 2400 Street, Hartsburg, was arrested
Nov. 17 at his residence on Logan County warrant 2001F56.

Boitnott, Robert D., 30, of the 500
block of 14th Street, Lincoln, was arrested Nov. 17 in the 100
block of Ninth Street on charge of driving with a license
revoked.
