To the editor: I would like to thank everyone who helped in any way to make my retirement party so memorable. It has been a great honor to have served as the Logan County treasurer since Dec. 1, 1994. I have such wonderful memories that I will always cherish of these years since I first began working for Logan County in May of 1976. I want to thank my wonderful staff for their outstanding work these many years. I want to thank my fellow elected officials for their support and friendship. I will miss the challenge but it is time to move on. I wish your new Logan County treasurer, Vicki Dugan, the very best. She is more than capable to do the job and she is very deserving of the honor. She will always serve you with courtesy, knowledge and friendship.
