Barrigear, Virgil
W., 36-year-old male, of Bloomington, arrested Sept. 1 in the
600 block of 21st Street in Lincoln on two Logan County
warrants: failure to appear on charge of telephone harassment
and failure to appear on charge of leaving the scene of an
accident. Bond was set at $3,000 and $2,000, 10 percent.

Moffitt, Brett D., 26-year-old male, of
Elkhart, arrested Sept. 2 on 350 Avenue and 700 Street near
Elkhart on Class A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia
and Class B charge of possession of 2.5-10 grams of cannabis.
