Sept. 20 at her residence on a Logan County warrant for failure
to appear. Bond was set at $250 cash

Illinois State Police report for Tuesday, Sept. 21
- Lowe, Elden R., 46-year-old male, of Lincoln, arrested Sept.
20 in the northbound lanes of Interstate 55 at the 112.5 mile
mark on Class A charge of driving under the influence. Vehicle
was towed from the scene.
