Heidi Browne (on left), events coordinator for the
chamber of commerce, and Andi Hake, executive director of the
chamber, presented a check to Norm Newhouse, manager of the Lincoln/Logan
County Food Bank, on behalf of the chamber's ag committee. At
the chamber's Ag Scholarship Breakfast, over $100 was collected
from guests to help support
the
local food bank. This was a new component added to the chamber
event this year, and they hope it will become a tradition, with
the contribution growing each year.
