LINCOLN --
James Lynn Allsopp, 58, of Lincoln, died Friday, July 29, 2011, at
his home.

His funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 5, at
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Mount Pulaski, with Pastor
Rachel Stockle officiating. American Legion Post 447 will conduct
rites at the funeral home. Visitation will be an hour prior to the
service. Burial will be in Mount Pulaski Cemetery at a later
date.
Mr. Allsopp worked at Eaton Corp. and was a
U.S. Navy veteran.
He was born Oct. 18, 1952, in Lincoln to Win and
Jennie Green Allsopp.
He is survived by his mother, of Mount Pulaski;
his daughter, Jackie Lewis of Kewanee, and her four
children, Kyle, Lexus, Kitana and Bryan; one
brother, Bill (and Carla) of Escondido, Calif.; and
two sisters, Connie Logan of Lincoln and Peggy (and
Dennis) Miller of Middleburg, Pa.
He was preceded in death by his father and one
brother, Terry Lee. |
