"Rick is always fair and considerate of everyone's feelings. He is
very diplomatic with his staff and customers. Rick is proactive and
is always willing to go the extra mile for a customer in need," said
the co-worker who nominated him. Campbell has been a part of
Community Action since 1999. He has completed the certified public
manager program and has used the knowledge gained to serve Community
Action. His peers agree that he demonstrates a high regard for his
staff and treats his staff and Community Action customers with
concern and respect.
He was presented with a plaque and $50 gift card by Steve Lobb,
board president; Angela Stoltzenburg, executive director; and Beth
Fleshman, deputy director.
