Letters to the Editor

Lincoln Daily News welcomes letters of appreciation, information and opinion on matters pertaining to the community.

Controversial issues:
As a community we need to be able to talk openly about matters that affect the quality of our lives. The most effective and least offensive manner to get your point across is to stick to the issue and refrain from commenting on another person's opinion. Letters that deviate from focusing on the issue may be rejected or edited and marked as such.

To the editor:

I would like to publicly thank Mike Fak and Nila Smith of LDN for the pictures and comments celebrating my retirement from Regions Bank.
(See links below.)

Thank you to my family, my many Regions customers and friends that stopped in to wish me well as I enter the next chapter of my life. A big thank you to Donna Boyd, Marian Eimer, bank management and the entire Regions family for a wonderful send-off.

Memories. They last forever.

Marilyn Armbrust
