Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Lincoln.
Mrs. Buttell retired from the Elkhart Post Office as
a clerk after 29 years of service.
She was born June 14, 1918, in Logan County. Her
parents were Frank and Florence Raholitz Bohn. She
married Jacob C. Buttell on Jan. 20, 1942, in
Elkhart. He preceded her in death on Dec. 19, 1995.
She is survived by one brother, Charles (and
Louise) Bohn of Cornland; one sister, Elizabeth
Hooper of Rockford; one niece, Anita Davis; and one
nephew, Roger Bohn of Mount Pulaski.
Five brothers and four sisters preceded her in
death.
She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church
in Elkhart.
Memorials may be made to meals on wheels or St.
Patrick's Catholic Church.
