Accidents

Jan. 14, 7:37 a.m.

Accident occurred at the intersection of North Union and Eighth Street.

  • Kuhlman, Jason E., 35, Lincoln; 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche

  • Gordon, James M., 66, Atlanta; 1995 Buick LeSabre

Kuhlman said he was eastbound, stopped at the sign and then proceeded into the intersection, where he struck the vehicle driven by Gordon. Kuhlman said he did not see Gordon.

Kuhlman was ticketed for failure to yield the right of way.

Jan. 15, 3:32 p.m.

Accident occurred at the intersection of Delavan and North Union streets.

  • Deavers, Wallace S. Jr., 63, Lincoln; 1990 Plymouth Voyager

  • Dambacher, Gerald D., 69, Lincoln; 1995 Ford Probe

Deavers said he had stopped at the sign on Delavan, then proceeded into the intersection, not seeing Dambacher. Deavers struck the Dambacher vehicle, causing it to spin around in the intersection.

Deavers was ticketed for the event.

  • Bonaparte, Tommy J., 42, of Lincoln, arrested Jan. 16 at his residence on charge of aggravated battery.

  • Burger, Richard J., 28, of Lincoln, arrested Jan. 15 in the 1000 block of North Jefferson on charge of domestic battery.

  • Florey, Joshua R., 30, of Lincoln, arrested Jan. 16 at his residence on charge of domestic battery.

  • Hill, Steven D., 50, of Lincoln, arrested Jan. 17 at his residence on a Logan County body attachment warrant.

  • Hopper, Charla D., 33, of Lincoln, arrested Jan. 15 on South Kickapoo at Pulaski Street on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of city ordinance violations.

  • Hopper, Philip E., 36, of Lincoln, arrested Jan. 15 on South Kickapoo at Pulaski Street on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charges of city ordinance violations.

  • LeMaster, Christopher M., 18, of Lincoln, arrested in the 200 block of North McLean Street on charges of criminal damage to property less than $300 and possession of drug paraphernalia.

  • Lucki, Adam A., 21, of Lincoln, arrested Jan. 15 at his residence on charge of domestic battery.

  • McLaughlin, Dewghan P., 21, of Lincoln, arrested Jan. 16 on Woodlawn Road on charge of domestic battery.

  • Richardson, Tyler W., 18, of Lincoln, arrested Jan. 16 at his residence on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of domestic battery.

  • Robbins, Amanda J., 27, of Lincoln, arrested Jan. 14 on Woodlawn Road at Monroe Street on charge of driving with a license suspended.

  • Spaugh, Richard D., 41, of Lincoln, arrested Jan. 17 on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of disorderly conduct.

  • Young, Curtis W., 54, of Lincoln, arrested Jan. 16 at his residence on charge of aggravated battery.

Logan County Sheriff's Department

  • Darius, Isaiah, 21, of Decatur, arrested Jan. 16 on 1800 Street at Old Route 66 on charge of possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams.

  • Kreoger, Bryan T., 20, of Mason City, arrested Jan. 15 on SE Arch Street in Atlanta on charge of illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.

  • Musselman, Waneta J., 57, of New Holland, arrested Jan. 15 on Illinois Route 10 on a Sangamon County warrant for failure to appear.

  • Polanco, Jason L., 27, of Hartsburg, arrested Jan. 17 at the Logan County Safety Complex on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of criminal damage to property.

  • Singley, Jeremy W., 24, of Mason City, arrested Jan. 16 on Illinois Route 121 at 1750 Avenue on charge of driving with a license revoked, plus a Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of driving under the influence.
