Accident occurred on 21st Street at North College.

Jeffries, Nichole D., 29, Lincoln; 1996 Chevrolet Blazer owned by Ronald D. Alley

Lewis, William C., 45, Lincoln; 1999 Toyota Avalon
Both drivers came to the Logan County Safety Complex to report this accident. According to their accounts, Jeffries was northbound on North College and made a left turn into the line of traffic. She said she did not see Lewis. Lewis said that he did see Jeffries making the turn, and he had slowed down considerably but was unable to fully stop and avoid the accident.

Boyer, Allen D., 31, of the 110 block of North State Street, arrested Jan. 20 at his residence on charge of domestic battery.

Jackson, Cleveland A., 22, of the 900 block of 21st Street, arrested Jan. 20 at his residence on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of disorderly conduct.
