2011 or Newer Full Size Police Patrol Vehicle

And Two Used 2008 or Newer

Mid-Size Sport Utility Vehicles

 

The City of Lincoln, Illinois will receive sealed bids until 11:00 A.M. on the 26th day of July, 2011 at the Office of the City Clerk, 700 Broadway St., Lincoln, Illinois 62656, for one 2011 or Newer Full Size Police Patrol Vehicle and Two Used 2008 or Newer Mid-Size Sport Utility Vehicles.

 

Each vehicle shall have a single and separate bid.

 

All bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud at the City Hall at the next Council Meeting at 700 Broadway St., Lincoln, Illinois, 62656, before the Mayor or his designee.

The vehicle specifications are on file and available for inspection and copies will be available at the Office of the City Clerk and online on the City’s website, www.cityoflincoln-il.gov

No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of the bid without the consent of the City for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of opening and reading bids.

The Mayor and City Council reserve the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof and to waive any informalities, technicalities and irregularities in bidding and to disregard all non-conforming or conditional bids.

The successful bidder shall be required to comply with the provisions of all State of Illinois and federal laws as well as the State of Illinois Human Rights Act and the regulations of the Illinois Human Rights Commission.

Logan County Courthouse Roof Project

601 Broadway Street, Lincoln, Illinois

Invitation to Bid: The County of Logan, a body corporate and politic, will accept sealed bid proposals from licensed professional commercial roofing contractors licensed to do business in the state of Illinois, to replace the existing exposed roof of the Logan County Courthouse, 601 Broadway Street, Lincoln, Illinois, hereinafter “BUILDING”.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference: A mandatory pre-bid conference has been scheduled for Monday, July 18, 2011, at 6:30 p.m. (prevailing time), at BUILDING at which time all interested BIDDERS shall attend to meet with Logan County officials and staff to tour the roof, review the scope of work, and ask questions regarding the bid process and this project. Meeting shall be held in the first floor conference room of BUILDING. The meeting will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m.
