LINCOLN -- Dorrine L. Shehorn, 53, of
Lincoln, died Tuesday, June 7, 2011, at 6:49 p.m. at her home.
She will be cremated and a memorial service will be
scheduled later. |

Arrangements are by Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral
Home in Lincoln. Ms. Shehorn worked as a waitress
at Al’s Main Event, Lincoln Depot and the Arcade; as
a cashier at Kmart and Goody’s; and was a Home
Health assisted living caregiver.
She was born on Aug. 26, 1957, in Peoria. Her
parents were James and Patty Batterton Guzzo.
She is survived by three daughters, Sarah (and
Jason) Lorek of Romeoville, Jessica (and Brandon)
Payne of Bowling Green, Ky.., and Tara Shehorn of
Bowling Green, Ky.; three grandchildren, Nicholas
and Daniel Lorek and Ella Payne; and two brothers,
Gene Batterton, address unknown, and Jonathan (and
Linda) Guzzo of Seattle, Wash.
Her parents preceded her in death. |
Memorials may be given to the American Cancer
Society.
