Cremation services were by Lincoln Land Cremation
Society, Springfield.
Mrs. Mack co-owned and operated Logan County
Hardware with her husband from 1963 until their
retirement in 1981.
Nina was born May 31, 1921, in Kalamazoo, Mich.
Her parents were Lewis and Minnie Markum Sanders.
She married William J. Mack, and he preceded her in
death in 1990.
She is survived by her son, Scott (and wife
Melody) Mack of Lincoln; her daughter, Cheri (and
husband Don) Jacobs of Auburn; four grandchildren;
two great-grandchildren; one sister, Leona Avery of
Katy, Texas; and several nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by two sisters and
three brothers.
She was a member of the Emblem Club and League of
Women Voters in Lincoln.
She volunteered for several years at the Lincoln
Library in Springfield. |
