Breaking News: Amtrak train delayed in Lincoln

[October 28, 2011]  An Amtrak train was delayed by law enforcement in Lincoln this afternoon when an incident occurred north of the Keokuk crossing.  All train traffic was closed indefinitely. 

The train was released around 6:30 p.m. First responders were still at the scene lit with floodlights near the PPG plant at 7:30 p.m.
