Alderman David Wilmert sits at his desk in council chambers Monday evening with a laptop that was provided to the city from State Farm Insurance in Bloomington. The city received 25 good, used laptops with wireless capability, and they were free. Wilmert is working to set them up so they can be used by aldermen and other city departments.
