It is all smiles as the ribbon flies at the Lincoln/Logan County Chamber of Commerce ribbon-cut at Deron Powell State Farm in Mount Pulaski on Friday. Six months after his historic 1836 building collapsed, Powell is up and running in a new building on Mount Pulaski's downtown square.
