On January 31, 2012, at approximately 3:20 PM, Lincoln Police
Investigators arrested Tony D. Lascola (DOB 7/3/83) in reference to
the shooting in the 600 Block of N Jefferson on January 22, 2012.
Lascola was arrested at the Lincoln Police Department. Lascola is
currently arrested for the following offenses:
Armed Violence, a Class X felony
Aggravated Discharge of a firearm, a Class 1 felony
Possession of a
weapon by a felon, a Class 4 felony
Due to the ongoing
investigation a picture of Lascola is not currently available.
