Groovy shades and a cool drink on a hot, dry Fourth of July. Who could want more? Wednesday, in spite of the heat wave that has plagued Lincoln and Logan County for several days, dozens of youngsters turned out for the annual Fourth of July old-fashioned walking parade. And of course, the thought of getting a good soaking from the Lincoln Fire Department at the end of the route was just an added perk.
