Letters on electric aggregation are set to start going out today to Lincoln residents and small businesses. The letters will arrive on a letterhead that offers a combination of the city of Lincoln and Integrys logos and identifiers. Above is a sample provided by Mayor Keith Snyder of the residential letter. Also included with the letter will be an "opt-out" postcard consumers can fill out and drop in the mail if they DO NOT want their electricity switched away from Ameren Illinois.
