[March 22, 2012]  DANVILLE -- The NJCAA Division II Men's Basketball National Tournament is taking place in Danville this week. Games 5-10 recaps and box scores are provided below.

Game 5 featured Louisburg College (27-5), the District 15 champion, versus Iowa Central Community College (24-8), the District 7 champion. Louisburg came into this game ranked No. 7 in the NJCAA national poll and as the No. 8 seed in the tournament.

Final score: Louisburg 79, Iowa Central 71

Game 6 featured Mott Community College (31-1), the District 9 champion, versus Danville Area Community College (19-13), the District 14 champion and the tournament host. Mott came into this game ranked No. 1 in the NJCAA national poll and as the No. 1 seed in the tournament.

Game 7 featured Lakeland Community College (25-7), the District 10 champion, versus Bismarck State College (21-11), the District 6 champion.

Game 9 featured a consolation matchup between Moraine Valley Community College and Rend Lake College. Moraine Valley lost its first-round game to Johnson County Community College with a score of 63-70. Rend Lake College lost its first-round game to No. 2-seeded South Suburban College with a score of 77-81.
