Wednesday at the Lincoln Park District, everyone was busy stuffing bags for trick-or-treat as they prepare for this year's Halloween FunFest to be held next Tuesday night. There has been a lot to do to get ready for several different activities between now and then, but Roy Logan of the park district said the work is coming along nicely, and they are "circling the drain" on getting everything done.
