Location: Keokuk at Water Street

Drivers and vehicles:

  • Hurley, Wilma L., 71; 2000 Chrysler Sebring

  • Stagner, Robert T., 49; 2000 Kenworth 900 owned by Triple U Trucking Inc.

Contributing factors: failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident; improper lane usage

Citation: Hurley was ticketed for improper lane usage.

Lincoln Police Department

  • Huffman, James B., 48, Lincoln, arrested Aug. 30 at the Logan County Safety Complex on charges of domestic battery and interference with the reporting of domestic battery.

  • Mattingly, Rhonda L., 52, Lincoln, arrested Aug. 31 on Union Street at College Avenue on charge of driving under the influence.

  • McKown, Robert E., 36, Decatur, arrested Aug. 30 in the 2000 block of Pulaski Street on charges of domestic battery and reckless conduct.

  • Oden, Amanda M., 28, Lincoln, arrested Aug. 30 in the 2000 block of Pulaski Street on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of criminal trespass.

  • Richardson, Bob L., 39, Lincoln, arrested Aug. 30 at his residence on a Menard County warrant.

  • Radespiel, John D., 46, Chestnut, arrested Aug. 30 at his residence on charge of violation of an order of protection.
