Lincoln
Fire Department Chief Mark Miller greets city aldermen outside the back door of the city
firehouse Tuesday evening. The group was there for the second part of a tour they
were taking, viewing the city police and fire departments. On next week's
agenda will be a motion for a 4 percent utility tax. If the tax passes,
the city will begin planning to build a safety complex that could house both the
