Sunday afternoon, Lincoln Christian Church hosted a Harvest of Talents for World Hunger event with multiple components.

The Holiday Homes on Tour event featured three unique and lovely homes in Lincoln. LDN took the tour, and the first stop was the home of Dr. John and Sheema Wahab. The Wahab home has been specifically built to accommodate three generations comfortably with plenty of space for quiet, alone time as well as large areas designed to accommodate the whole family.

From the tour brochure:

Completed five years ago, their Mediterranean style house was designed to be a modern and beautiful expression of a residence that would serve not only as a home for their active family, but also as a great setting to share their rich and traditional hospitality. In choosing the lovely southern view of the Lincoln Elks Club's 18th fairway and pond, the Wahabs enjoy the spectacular scenery of every season from outdoor patios, balcony, and expansive windows . Attention to detail, fine craftsmanship, and an appreciation for natural stone and woods is found throughout the home with careful placement of large moldings, high ceilings, hardwood flooring, open spiral tiger wood staircases, and a creative floor plan that provides for varied family activities throughout the year.
