Location: Woodlawn at North Monroe

Drivers and vehicles:

  • Dambacher, Glenna L., 68; 2003 Chevrolet Impala

  • Gissler, Carol J., 74; 2010 Chevrolet Malibu

Citations: Dambacher was ticketed for failure to yield, and Gissler was ticketed for having no insurance.

Lincoln Police Department

  • Campbell, William A., 20, Lincoln, arrested Feb. 7 on Woodlawn at Grand Avenue on charge of driving with a suspended license.

  • Fulton, Johnnie M., 47, Lincoln, arrested Feb. 7 at his residence on charge of domestic battery.

  • White, Candace N., 19, Lincoln, arrested Feb. 7 at her residence on a Sangamon County warrant.

Logan County Sheriff's Department

  • Daggett, Mary K., 30, Lincoln, arrested Feb. 7 at the Logan County Safety Complex on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of disorderly conduct.

  • Hild, Jennifer M., 32, Mount Pulaski, arrested Feb. 7 on Washington Street at Fourth on charge of obstructing identification and on a Logan County warrant.

  • Sisk, Steven A., 25, Lincoln, arrested Feb. 7 on Route 121 at Lamplighter Circle, Mount Pulaski, on charges of manufacture or delivery of cannabis more than 30 grams but less than 500 and possession of drug paraphernalia.
