Ryan Aper, pictured in the center in the blue Marlins shirt, stands among family and friends as they all met Monday evening to celebrate his big announcement.  The young man, a Lincoln native, is headed to the Miami Marlins. Last Friday he became the Lincoln Land Community College Loggers' highest draft pick in school history when the Marlins chose him as the 172nd pick.
