		recognized for being outstanding officers and humanitarians. Police Officer Michael Fruge received the 2012 Officer of the 
		Year 
		award. From the Lincoln Fire Department, retired Chief Rick O'Hare, retired 
		Assistant Chief Tom 
		Martin, Capt. Larry Spurling and Capt. Chris Harding were given
