This Jan. 31 file photo
shows New
Orleans chef John Besh cooking at the "Better With M"
kickoff in New Orleans. Besh invited cameras into his bayou-side home in
suburban New Orleans for the filming of a new cooking show, "Chef
John Besh's Family Table." In the new 26-part series, Besh creates
family-friendly meals and gives tips on how to get the most use out
of ingredients for families looking for a good value. He hopes the
show will inspire families to get back in the kitchen and gathered
around the supper table. The show will air in parts of the Gulf
Coast region on WYES beginning April 6 and will be distributed
nationwide through American Public Television.
