Tuesday afternoon Mount Pulaski farmer Rick Harbarger shared with the Mount Pulaski FFA and the Lincoln/Logan County Chamber Ag Scholarship Committee portions of $5,000 he recently won. Each group received $2,500 from Harbarger through the America’s Farmers Grow Communities 2013 drawing, sponsored by Monsanto.
