Zion Lutheran School athletes did very well at last weekend's state track meet.  ZLS brought home one first place, two seconds, one fifth place, one seventh place, and the boys' team took seventh place overall. Braydon Simpson was the state champion in the long jump and state runner-up in high jump. Zack Prather took second in the discus throw. Among the girls, Anna Sielaff was fifth in the discus throw, and Lauren Canady won seventh place in the 100-meter dash.
