Monday
evening Joy Fulk was sworn into service by Mayor Keith Snyder as the
deputy city clerk for Lincoln. Fulk was first
appointed to the deputy position by Susan Gehlbach in 2012 when Gehlbach
was appointed as city clerk. During the Monday evening event, Fulk
was accompanied by her husband, Dan, for the swearing-in. Immediately afterward, she received a congratulatory hug from Gehlbach.
