Approximately 20 companies will offer merchandise in a vendors' fair
beginning at noon, including Tupperware, Babyations, Pink Zebra,
Origami Owl, Velata, Avon, Perfectly Posh, It Works!, Beauty
Control, Gourmet Cupboard, Scentsy, Paparazzi Accessories, LoveN
Spoonful Cupcakes, Judy Jewlz, Organo Gold, Lia Sophia, 31 and
Tastefully Simple.
A bag raffle, silent auction and quarter auction will begin at 2
p.m., and 50-50 raffle tickets will be sold during the afternoon.
The purpose of the event is to raise funds for Sharon Conatser,
of Urbana, candidate for 2015-2016 national president of the
American Legion Auxiliary. It has been 45 years since a candidate
has been selected to represent Illinois at the national level. Local
auxiliaries want to show their support and stand behind the Illinois
candidate by raising campaign funds at this event. Conatser will be
in attendance to thank auxiliary members and greet visitors at the
event.
