Steven Billington, 24, Lincoln arrested on Dec. 20 at 3:08 a.m. in
the 300 block of Keokuk St on charges of Obstructing Identification,
Attempted Aggravated Battery, Obstructing a Peace Officer,
Threatening a Public Official, and Logan County Warrant 2012CF174
for failure to appear on a Burglary Charge.
Malay Delcastillo, 32, Lincoln arrested at 4:28 p.m. at her
residence on a Virginia Warrant.
Pauletter T. Gayten, 34, Lincoln arrested at 1:34 a.m. at her
residence on a charge of Domestic Battery.
Dallas D. Jones, 27, Lincoln arrested Dec. 19 at 11:34 p.m. in the
800 block of Fourth St. on a charge of Resisting a Peace Officer,
and Logan County Warrant 2012CM61 for failure to appear on a Retail
Theft charge.
Sergio O. Morales, 41, Lincoln arrested on Dec. 19 at 2:20 p.m. at
his residence on a charge of Domestic Battery.
