Out in the county on Friday afternoon, scenes like this were commonplace. Along the creek beds, water from melting snow is overflowing the banks and taking over the nearby fields.

Thursday, Feb. 20	Friday, Feb. 21

Between Thursday and Friday, we don't see a whole lot of difference in our snow pile. Maybe the Friday picture looks a little lumpier than Thursday, and of course the sun is shining brightly on it. In addition, it looks like the parking lot surface is pretty dry. If that is the case, though, it's about the only place in Logan County that is dry! Be sure to check out our top picture in the Top Stories section!
