  • Frakes Victor D., 21, of Lincoln, arrested July 14 in the 200 block of Eighth Street on charge of theft of motor vehicle, and Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of driving with a suspended license. 

  • Guede, Eric E., 42, of Lincoln, arrested July 11 on Lincoln Parkway at Jefferson Street on charge of driving with a revoked license. 

  • Mileham, Joshua R. 32, of Lincoln, arrested July 11 at his residence on Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of theft. 

  • Miner, Jeremy L., 26, of Lincoln, arrested July 14 at the Latham Park on charge of criminal damage to property.

  • Richardson, Tristan E., 18, of Lincoln, arrested July 12 on Keokuk Street at Water Street on charges of unlawful possession of controlled substance, driving under the influence, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was then arrested by Logan County on July 13 at the Logan County Safety Complex on charge of aggravated battery. 

  • Rufus, Darrick S., 27, of Springfield, arrested July 14 in the 700 block of Woodlawn Road on Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of obstructing identification.

  • Young, Kenneth R., 28, of Lincoln, arrested July 12 at his residence on Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of criminal trespass to residence.

  • Marten, Damon A., 35, of New Holland, arrested July 11 on Fifth Street at Forest Hills Road on Tazewell County warrant. 

  • Tucker, Madison N., 20, of Jupiter, Florida, arrested July 13 in the 100 block of Lincoln Street, New Holland, on charge of illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.
