Tuesday evening, among the items decided upon at the Abraham Lincoln Tourism Bureau of Logan County board meeting was the selection of a new logo for the bureau. The shape of the logo and it's wording had been decided earlier in the month, but there was a question of the colors. Tuesday night the group chose the bright green background with blue wording. It was noted the new logo color scheme complements the colors already being used by the Lincoln/Logan County Chamber of Commerce.

Scam alert involving local school district!

"We have been made aware that some credit card company is calling residents using the district's telephone number to market their cards. This is a scam as we have no connection with credit card marketing."
