Lincoln Plan Commission to hear request for rasing goats in city limits

[June 16, 2014]  LINCOLN - Please take notice that the Plan Commission of the City of Lincoln shall hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 19, 2014 at 7:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, to consider a petition submitted by Kaitlyn Heffren to amend the text of Section 11-4-2, Uses Permitted in all Residence Districts, to allow the keeping of goats on a property located in a Residence District and to consider text amendments to other sections of the City Code pertaining to the prohibition of certain animals.

The petition requesting a text amendment and other text amendment shall be on file in the Code Enforcement Office in City Hall for public inspection, comment, questions and objections may be filed with the City Clerk until 3:00 P.M. on June 19, 2014.
