Work has resumed on the Pulaski Street project, and as the old saying goes, "sometimes things have to get worse before they can get better." Right now the brick pavement is being pulled out, as shown in the picture above. One can also see that the bricks are being stacked on pallets. This is because as the city works to refurbish some of its existing brick streets, the Pulaski Street bricks will be used as replacement parts.
