Last Thursday Logan County Board Chairman Robert Farmer offered up a recommendation that Scott Schaffenacher from Mount Pulaski should be appointed to the board as a replacement for Andy Meister.

The full board will vote on the recommendation at tonight's regular meeting of the whole. Schaffenacher commented on Thursday evening saying; “It would be an honor to serve and do anything I can to help the community.”
