Logan
County Chairman of the Board, David Hepler,
ceremonially breaks ground at Cresco Labs new
Medical Marijuana Cultivation Facility located north
of Lincoln on Saturday. Board members welcomed the
company and then attended an Informational Meeting
where they learned more about the company, products
and processes, and how the business will unfold into
full production. The business is a welcome addition
to the community and will bring increasing numbers
of jobs as production begins and expands.

LINCOLN -
On Saturday, 17 year old
Lincoln High School Senior, Austin Swarts traveled to
Memphis Tennessee to fight in the American Grappling
Federation's Tennessee State Submission Fighting
Championship. Austin competed in the Gi and No Gi 18 and
over open division. Austin fell by decision in the semi
final match of the No Gi division but rebounded with a
23 second victory via Guillotine choke to secure the
third place medal. In the Gi division Championship fight
Austin was victorious by way of Arm bar and walked away
with his 6th State submission fighting championship.
