Things
are hopping around the downtown Lincoln area. This
week new street lights were installed on South
Kickapoo and also on Pulaski Street as part of the
new downtown streetscape plan. Also, semis loaded
with steel bracing and framework arrived in town for
the new Lincoln Grand 8 Theater. According to owner
David Lanterman, the steel was off-loaded in a
vacant lot and will be moved to the building site as
needed.
