On
Wednesday An antique airplane taxis past the
Heritage In Flight hangar. The plane stopped in the
Logan County Airport on its way to Oshkosh,
Wisconsin where the world's largest airshow, the
Experimental Aircraft Association
AirVenture, takes place all this week. The event
draws people and planes
from all over the world. One pilot is flying his
home built aircraft from South Africa to Oshkosh.
The Logan County Airport is a popular waypoint for
pilots from the southern states to stop for fuel and
rest. A person hanging out at the airport this time
of year will see a representation of the historical
American aircraft stopping in.
