When
you hear people speak of tree roots in sewer
lines, do you fully understand what that
involves? On Tuesday night Lincoln aldermen
heard from Waste Treatment Manager Tim Ferguson
regarding the completion of a recent slip-liner
project in the city. During his presentation, he
offered up photo examples of tree roots in sewer
lines, which can damage pipes and disturb the
flow of sewerage through the city system.
