block of Woodlawn Road on a Department of Correction parole
violation warrant.

Ratcliffe,
Kristin N., 26, of Lincoln, arrested March 27 at 7:01 p.m. in
the 500 block of Elm Street on charges of obstructing a peace
officer, driving with a revoked license, and leaving the scene
of an accident.
