On
Friday afternoon people turned out in
stellar numbers for the 2018 Lincoln
Community High School Homecoming Parade.
The downtown area was totally congested
by 2 p.m. for the parade that was
scheduled to start at 2:30 p.m. And even
Scully Park was lined with people
waiting for the parade to begin. Many,
many kids waited anxiously for the
vehicles and floats that would roll past
them tossing candy by the fist fulls out
onto the street and they were not
disappointed!
It was a perfect day for a parade, with
lots of sunshine and warm temperatures,
it seemed that everyone wanted to be a
part of this special day for the
students at LCHS.
