In
spite of the weekend weather nastiness, a good
crowd came out for the annual Joyce McKinzie/Martin
Luther King Jr. Scholarship Breakfast at Lincoln
College on Monday morning. The event featured
keynote speaker Chair of the Black Chamber of
Commerce of Illinois Frank Bass and included
various speakers and entertainment.
