On
Friday evening there was a steady line of vehicles parading through
the parking lot at Zion Lutheran School to witness the real reason
for the season. The Zion Lutheran Church hosted a living nativity on
the lawn of the school.
The nativity was complete with angels, wise men, shepherds, sheep, a
cow, poultry, and of course, the small donkey that would have
carried Mary to the manger. A wooden structure protected Joseph,
Mary and the Christ Child.
